Management Trainee Engineering (MT-ENG)
Job Description :

• As a Management Trainee (MT) at Astra Otoparts, we give you the opportunity to develop your career in Astra's largest manufacturing and trading company of automotive components in Indonesia. You will have a chance involving a comprehensive learning process in all of Astra Otoparts Groups, such as in class training and on the job training.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable Universities
• Open for ALL MAJOR, preferably from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding Engineering, Material Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
• Fresh graduated or maximum 2 years working experience.
• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Proactive, dynamic, and highly motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Involved actively in both academic and non-academic activity student organization.

Management Trainee Human Resource (MT-HR)
