Business Analyst 
Job Description
  • Responsible for performing the daily tasks as required, helping the Manager prepare various deliverables, and working with other departments across the company.
Job Responsibilities :
  • Prepare the assessments of the company’s performance, against internal benchmarks (historical results, current budget/plan, specific targets, etc) and external benchmarks (peer group analysis, analysts’ expectations, etc).
  • Prepare the allocation of capital funds to individual projects, based on the latest approved Strategic Plan for the business.
  • Help other departments check the evaluation of specific projects to be submitted to the Investment Committee.
  • Help the Manager prepare deliverables for submission to the Board of Directors / Investment Committee.
  • Be prepared to apply solutions, technologies and approaches required to meet the demands of a leading coal mining company.
  • Support the quality of the SP&BA deliverables through peer review and other relevant mechanisms.
  • Be responsible for self-development, in terms of core skills and wider career progression, seeking mentoring and coaching to support both their delivery of their programme tasks and their personal development.
Job Requirement :
  • Education:
    • Master Degree Finance / Economic / Accounting / Business Administration
  • Experience:
    • 2 - 5 years in related/similar field
  • Skill and Ability:
    • Ability to work with other departments in the company.
    • Ability to work with others in a team and to perform to the best of their abilities.
    • Proven hands-on experience of business analysis techniques (DCF, valuation multiples, etc).
    • Good structured analysis and problem solving skills.
    • Good written and verbal business communication skills (in English).
    • Familiar and comfortable working with large spreadsheets in Excel.
    • Strong numerical skills.
Mine Engineer
Job Description
  • Responsible to supervise daily mining operations in the area for ensuring compliance with the work plan (daily, weekly and monthly)
Job Responsibilities :
  • Supervise day to day activity in the area of responsibility.
  • Make a plan for mining in the area which is responsible.
  • Make an evaluation in the area of responsibility
Job Requirement :
  • Education:
    • Degree Mining Engineering
  • Experience:
    • 2 - 3 years in related/similar field
  • Skill and Ability:
    • Having POP sertified.
    • Familiar and comfortable working with mine scape.
    • Good structured analysis and problem solving skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
SID Supervisor
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible to supervise the Implementation of safety & risk control program base on PT Berau Coal occupational Health & Safety management system and also perform Inspection regularly at operational area including contractor In order to make safe operation.
  • Supervise the implementation construction of coal handing infrastructure development in the field.
  • Organizing the process of tender / bidding, negotiation and contract
  • Provide a progress report infrastructure development in the field.
  • Carry out the development of subordinates.
Job Requirement :
  • Education:
    • Degree Civil Engineering
  • Experience:
    • 2 - 3 years in related/similar field
  • Skill and Ability:
    • Familiar in handling mining project infrastructure (such as road, bridge, conveyor, etc).
    • Proficient in SAP, autocad software.
Legal Officer
Job Description
  • Responsible to support corporate legal aspect; advise department on all legal and regulatory issue, negotiate and review legal document between company and the third party, provide legal assistance on litigation matters if necessary.
Responsibilities :
  • Provide input, advice or legal opinion on an issue or a legal document Conduct legal review on a company document or dealing agreement with a third person and make legal documents and agreements (legal drafting).
  • Running the orderly administration of the Legal Documents Company and the applicable regulations relating to company business.
  • Assist managers in managing and monitoring the external legal issues are related and have direct impact to company business.
Requirement :
  • Education:
    • Bachelor Degree in Law
  • Experience:
    • 2 - 3 years in related/similar field
  • Skill and Ability:
    • Having strong negotiation skill and contract drafting..

Internal Auditor
Job Description :
  • Placement: Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
  • Responsible to to ensure maximum protection of corporate assets.
Responsibilities :
  • Perform a risk assessment.
  • Making mitigation plan in case of emergencies.
  • Build a security network as a whole with all components, such as: the nearest security agency.

Job Description
  • Responsible for performing the daily tasks as required, helping the Manager prepare various deliverables, and working with other departments across the company.

  • Prepare financial models for the various LoM scenarios (base case, upside, downside, etc).
  • Prepare the results/outcomes of key strategic projects (method of mining, change in capacity, M&A activity, etc).
  • Prepare the allocation of capital funds to individual projects, based on the latest approved Strategic Plan for the business.
  • Help other departments check the evaluation of specific projects to be submitted to the Investment Committee.
  • Help the Manager prepare deliverables for submission to the Board of Directors / Investment Committee.
