The Company has been operating in Indonesia since 1990 previously known as PT Trumix Conrete. The Company operates as a member of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, one of the largest cement manufacturing company in Indonesia. To support the business expansion and its organic growth, PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging position as :

Asset Management & G/L Team Member - Jakarta Raya (Head Office)
Responsibilities
  • Preparing supporting data of General Ledger and perform Closing Financial Statement in accordance with Holcim Indonesia’s accounting standards
  • To fully support in maintaining accounting records, reports, systems and procedures, in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree in Economic (Accounting, Management, or Tax specialist) from reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in the accounting and or financial reporting area or auditing plus
  • Computer literacy:
    • Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Good command in English oral and written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Good accounting and financial reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of SAP and IT based accounting system and applications
  • Used to work with tight deadline and under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Accounts Payable Team Member - Jakarta Raya (Head Office)
Responsibilities :  
  • Process and execute all Accounts Payable transactions in SAP and in an effective manner in line with company policy and procedure
  • Process outgoing payments in SAP and Banking system on schedule
  • Maintain Accounts Payable reconciliation
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in the accounting and or financial reporting area or auditing plus
  • Computer literacy:
    • Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Good command in English oral and written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Good accounting and financial reporting skills

CIL PQC Analyst - Cilacap
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for quality control of raw materials, in process materials and final products to support production process in achieving quality results as expected
  • Responsible for raw mix design and dust management to control the quality of in process material  and final product
  • Responsible for coordination with other teams such as quarry, production, and dispatch to give assurance of quality achievement during the process of cement production
  • Responsible for quality control of imported and exported clinker
  • Responsible for quality control during industrial trials
  • Responsible for Quality assurance of testing equipment such as repeatability of control samples
  • Responsible for taking representatives samples during process production
  • Responsible for documentation of samples during process production
Requirements :
  • Minimum School of Chemical Analyst and/or relevant field
  • Experience:
    • Min 1 year in current position
    • 2-3 years’ experience in cement production
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years experience in related job or as an analyst
  • Computer literacy:
    • Computer literacy & reporting/ data analysis
  • Good in English both oral or written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Knowledge of X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry operation and QCX principles
  • Understanding of cement specification from various standard (SNI, ASTM, BS,API)
  • Knowledge  of cement manufacturing process, in particular the selection of raw materials, clinker and cement production process
  • Understanding of raw mix design principles
  • Good in communication and decision skills
LAB Equipment Maintenance Team Leader - Cilacap
Responsibilities :         
  • Responsible to ensure that all ensure that all equipment at Plant are ready to be operated in good performance. (XRF, bomb calorimeter, strenght machine, sampler etc)
  • Responsible to conduct periodical maintenance, trouble shooting, modification, periodical calibration, budgeting and control spare part
  • Responsible to implement ISO 17025 as stated in quality manual
Requirements :
  • Min Diploma on Electrical/ Instrumentation
  • Experience:    
    • Min 1 year in current position
    • Min 1 year in electrical section or others relevant function
    • Min 2-3 years’ experience in cement industry
  • Computer literacy:    
    • Computer literacy, reporting/data analysis 
  • Good in English both oral or written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Understanding process of cement and clinker production
  • Understanding the principal function of sampler and how it work
  • Understanding how the main lab equipment (XRF) work and how to maintain it
  • Understanding hoe to made yearly budgeting and cost controlling
  • Understanding how to manage spare part effectively
  • Be able to calibrate lab equipment and how to evaluate the result
  • Be able to do modification of equipment (electrical and mechanical)
  • Be able to do root couse problem solving
  • Have a good understanding in computer basic programming
  • Have a good communication and cooperation skill
