Technician Development Program

• TDP Program is a program initiated by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ in preparing candidates to be a reliable and ready to work Operator and Technician of PHE ONWJ. Through the program, the TDP candidates will be provided with education and training for 1 year and if the candidate passes the TDP program he/she will be promoted to be PHE ONWJ permanent employee.
• In the implementation of this TDP program, the candidates will be in a 1-year contract with PT Bawana Margatama as representative of PHE ONWJ and the education and training activities will be conducted in the PHE ONWJ workplace.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma 3 graduates or students who will graduate by July 1, 2013 from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instruments Engineering and Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale.
• Maximum age 25 years old by April 2013.
• Fresh graduates or have a maximum 2 years work experience.
• Ready to work in the field
• Selection test will be held in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Yogyakarta.
