IT Support Operation (Code: SO)
Qualifications :
- Diploma 3 degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Management, or Computer Engineering with minimum GPA 2.90.
- Mastery the installation and troubleshooting of Windows family operating systems (XP, Vista, 7, 8).
- Mastery the concept of DHCP, Domain Controller and the concept of Sharing Resources.
- Able to analyze IT hardware malfunction.
- Accustomed to using monitoring tools and troubleshoot.
- Accustomed implementation and troubleshoot layer 1 and 2 networks.
- Problem solving oriented.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering with minimum GPA 2.90.
- Mastery the installation and configuration of the Windows Server operating system.
- Mastery the Linux-based Operating System is preferred.
- Able to manage the configuration of server hardware (IBM, HP, SUPERMICRO).
- Able to design the Data Center concept and mechanism of backup / restore.
- Mastery SQL programming language.
- Understand the basic concepts of DRC.
- Experienced in Data Center is preferred.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering with minimum GPA 2.90.
- Mastery the concept of IP-based networks (LAN / WAN, VLAN, routing) well and be able to implement the concepts.
- Able to analyze the needs and design of network infrastructure.
- Able to configure and mastery the technology of routers, switches, firewalls, and wirelless devices.
- Experienced in the implementation of the telecommunications network (VoIP, IP-PBX).
- Mastering the concept of active and passive devices installation in computer networks.
- Minimum having CCNA certificates is preferred.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Computer Engineering with minimum GPA 2.90.
- Mastery Web programming language PHP / ASP.NET, Zend Framework and JQuery.
- Understand and be able to apply the concepts of OOP, UML, Database Normalization.
- Able to analyze business processes of application development.
- Mastery the Client-Server Programming.
- Mastery the Linux-based operating systems is a plus.
- Understand and be able to apply socket programming and hardware is a plus.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 2.90.
- Able to analyze the needs of IT Systems and Infrastructure Development and able to plan a sustainable integrated IT architecture in line with the company's mission.
- Able to analyze the potential and deficiency of the systems / existing IT infrastructure.
- Able to analyze the risk potential of the IT system implementation and development and its contingency plan.
Qualifications :
- SMA / SMK / equivalent graduate, preferably majoring in Office Administration.
- Abile to manage archives / documentation well.
- Male / female.
- Maximum age 28 years old.
