ASTRA GRADUATE PROGRAM (Code : MT-AGP)
Responsibility :

• You will be trained, developed intensively and be involved in hands-on project to become future leaders of the company to deal with competitive business environment. You will get a comprehensive training which consists of combination of in class training and on the job training. The program is designed to develop future leader by providing knowledge and direct practice on our core business.

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree from Any Major
• High interest in Marketing / Finance / Human Resource
• Actively Involved in organizational activities
• Have strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skill, high achiever
• Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work

MT SALES SUPERVISOR (Code : MT-SS)
Responsibility :

• This spesific programis aimed to project trainees to the position of Sales Supervisor. Sales Supervisors will lead a branch's sales team to achieve sales target. In this program, you will participate in various On The Job Training (OJT) and obtain experience as sales. You will be positioned as an Acting Sales Supervisor in one of our branches, and also receive various training programs and be assigned an improvement project which will then be evaluated.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from Any Major
• High interest in Sales and automotive business
• Actively Involved in organizational activities
• Have strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skill, high achiever
• Experienced in sales will be advantage
• Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

ENVIRONTMENT, HEALTH, SAFETY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (Code : ESR)
Responsibility :

• Your main responsibility is to monitor and implement the area of Environment, Health, Safety and Social Responsibility (EHS & SR) refer to the standards Astra Green Company and Astra Friendly Company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Chemical / Environmental / Civil Engineering
• Have a special/highly interest working in Environment, Health, Safety & Social
• Responsibility (EHS & SR) field
• Actively involve in organizational activities
• Good Analytical Thinking
• Having min 1 year experience in HSE/EHS/CSR

GENERAL AFFAIR (Code : GA)
Responsibility :

• Your will responsible for design the interiorr and design building facade standard. You will also responsilble for all office funiture, material, and routine maintenance and organized security system installation and maintenance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from Engineering Architecture
• Willingness to learn
• Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work

ACCOUNTING ANALYST (Code : ACC)
Responsibility :

• You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling
• financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting
• systems and procedures. Mastering accounting principles is a must.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from Accounting
• Mastering accounting principles is a must.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work

Corporate Planning Analyst (Code: CP)
Responsibility :

• You will be responsible for prepare cosolidated financial report within Astra Group for example projection or budget reporting based on IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree from Accounting / Finance
• Good Analytical thinking
• Good in English
• Willingness to learn
• Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work

Accounting Staff (Code: ACC)
Responsibility :

• You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting systems and procedures. Mastering accounting principles is a must.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree from Accounting
• Mastering accounting principles is a must.
• Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Self Motivated and Have Willingness to Learn
• Good Analytical Thinking

Finance Staff (Code: SOP)
Responsibility :

• You will be responsible for all SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) process in the company (departements, divisions and branches) such as analyzing user needs, improve existing SOP , and socialize SOP for all user in company

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree from Finance or Accounting
• Fresh graduated or experienced a max two years work
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Self Motivated and Have Willingness to Learn
• Good Analytical Thinking
