Job Responsibilities
- Implement knowledge management strategies through sharing sessions, meet the author, sharing moments, and watch together, as well as improvisation (development) to improve the knowledge management activities
- Make regular reports on the status of the development of the whole knowledge management activities and evaluate the effectiveness of each activity in a knowledge management program and make recommendations for improvement of the management system and library facilities in order to improve the quality of knowledge management services.
- Collecting data (data entry) and recapitulate the staff training activities, both external and internal training so that the availability of training data current employees.
- Coordinate the implementation of the program of work practices to students in collaboration with unit leader for the admission of students and ensure the availability of a place for students to do practice work and to monitor and evaluate the program based on standards and policies Adaro Group.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Library Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze and develop a plan for barges / cargo and floating cranes allocation
- Scheduling for barges loading and barges delivery
- Develop 7 days forecast based on supply capability
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably from Industrial Engineering)
- Fresh graduates or having 1 - 2 years experience in transhipment or logistic would be advantage
- Excellent command in English both written and oral
- Computer’s skill, numerical skill, analytical skill, lateral thinking skill, communication skill Willing to learn something new, carefully / accurately, hard worker
