Description :
- Involved in various projects related to offline system design and implementation, integrated and non integrated ones
- To maintain systems related databases and their interfaces
- To support various internal processes handle and maintain systems related
- Inquiries and usage of system related to Debt Information System handle and maintain systems related
- Inquiries and usage of system related to company database
- Analyze requirement and develop solution to improve efficiency and effectiveness , for example in form of tool creation for internal user to support internal process , such as in automation opportunities
- Provide certain reports related to processes handled
- Communicate to vendors and/or other department on projects handled
- Manage people whose duties are to do people data inquiry and routine tasks
- Minimum of Undergraduate (S-1) degree majoring in Information Systems / Computer Science / Mathematics / Engineering from reputable university
- 1-2 years working experience in banking / financial institution environment will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong in system thinking, analyzing skill, visual basic, Macro Excel, MS Access , SQL, Java, other do well under pressure
- Have good ability in multitasking

- Acquires new customers with potential to generate incremental revenue for the unit
- Maintains and ensure customer accounts are funded and active within the grace period to be able to claim the SOP
- Focuses on relationship deepening by cross selling products based on customers’ needs
- Maintain good relationship with customers, practice KYC principles, understanding customer needs and behavior
- Be credit sensitive to deteriorating customer operations and alert Risk Management
- Be knowledgeable of the company’s business including products and services that we offer as well as be aware of the current market climate
- Collects / conveys referrals / market information to Marketing / Product partners
- Work comfortably with tight schedules and able to be multi-tasking
- Be able to effectively plan and manage time well to be able to work substantially without supervision in a location remote from the Sales Head

- Sales :
- Conduct daily and weekly planning of sales activities in order to reach those targets.
- Increase customer account balance through continuous execution of sales activities (via calls, walk-ins, and visits):
- Introduce and explain products / promotions
- Provide portfolio consultation
- Cross-sell
- Handle customer account-related administrative procedures / paperwork
- Account opening
- Keep track of customer communications and transactions.
- Stay updated on Citibank products and promotions, and preferably also market update, players, and trends.
