- Minimum S1/S2 majoring in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Technology, Economic Management, Law, Accounting and Banking
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 (S1 with accreditation A) or minimum GPA 3.00 (S2).
- Age per 1 September 2013 :
- Maximum age 25 years old (for S1 graduates and fresh graduates)
- Maximum age 27 years old (for S2 or have work experience in banking at least 2 years)
- Have good analytical skills
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in English
