The Government of Indonesia through Ministry of National Development Planning / BAPPENAS has received loan and credit from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) Loan No.: 8010-IND, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan and credit to payments under the individual contracts for the followings:

Qualifications

• Minimum possess Bachelor's degree and experienced in the fields of Industrial Engineering / Civil Engineering / Economics.
• Minimum possess 1 year research experience related to transportation field.
• Ever participated actively in various forums / research / R & D about the 'Climate Change'.
• Have strong leadership, responsibility, self-confidence, and able to directing team members.
• Able to carry out entire study activities in a productive manner both individually or in team.
• Sound mind and body.
• Possess the studies / research project management skills.
• Possess a good communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Adequate English communication skills.
• Preferably experienced in foreign loan and grant projects.

Qualifications

• Having experience in program management.

• Experienced in program monitoring and evaluation or government project at least 5 years.
• Adequate English communication skills.

Environment Management Specialist
Qualifications

• Minimum possess Bachelor / Master degree majoring in Enviromental Engineering Enviromental with  experience relevant fields.
• Have an adequate understanding of related to Water Safety Plan concepts;
• Experienced in drinking water and sanitation fields.
• Experienced in managing government projects at least 5 years;
• Adequate English communication skills.
• Preferably experienced in foreign loan and grant projects.

Facilitator
Qualifications

• Minimum possess Bachelor / Master degree in any major with  experience relevant fields.
• Mastery the facilitation techniques for local governments and communities.
• Experienced at government programs or projects in the field of drinking water and sanitation.

• Preferably experienced in foreign loan and grant projects.
