Mobile Crusher Maintenance Team Member
Responsibilities:
- To plan, direct, and execute all maintenance activity (either mechanical or electrical) of mobile crusher in order to achieve high mechanical availability and low maintenance cost.
- To carry out administration jobs of maintenance
- Min. Diploma Degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Min. 3 years experiences in maintenance area of Crushing Plant
- Computer literacy: Ms Office,
- Language: Fair in English and Bahasa
- Other qualification / skills:
- Able to read part book, service manual
- Troubleshooting skill
- Has ability to used special & diagnostic tools
- Hard worker
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- To efficiently operate mobile crusher unit in each project area
- Monitor Mobile crusher production activity in order to ensure the product meet the standard quality
- Responsible to make regular report production of Mobile Crusher
Requirements :
- Min Diploma Degree from all major
- Min 3 years experiences working as primary crushing operator
- Computer literacy: Ms Office
- Language: Fair in English and Bahasa
- Other qualification / skills:
- Understand the flow sheet process of the crushing plant
- Understand and able to operate crushing units
- Hard worker
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Able to work under pressure
Responsibilities :
- The work is to do P.M / repairing / recond / overhaul / troubleshooting / mechanical jobs of crushing plant equipments. The classify is to distinguish the personal ability in work experience, knowledge, leadership or seniority and responsibility level
- Bachelor or Diploma 3 degree in Electrical / Mechanical Background
- Experience: 3 years experience at Mechanical jobs
- Computer literacy:
- Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
- Language: English proficiency, oral & written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Be able to read parts book, service manual, mechanical data’s Has ability to analysed or trouble-shooter problem Has ability to used special & diagnostic tools Be able to operate computer system for paper work purposes Be able to technical drawing by autocad Has a leadership sign
