Controller Supervisor for Plant Cimanggis
Responsibilities :
  • Provide monthly review and analysis on Operational expenditure, Capital expenditure, Variance, Costing, Yield, Inventory and develop sound management recommendations
  • In charge on cost of goods sold calculation
  • Support management in costing, forecast and budgeting
  • Ensure good cash flow in petty cash usage
  • Support management to manage internal control on organization processes and transactions, check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data
  • Verify & challenge saving result from operational efficiency
Requirements :
  • University degree in Accounting & Finance
  • Preferable with manufacturing industrial accounting background / controlling area
  • Good analytical and good Ms. Excel skill

Assistant Controller Staff
Responsibilities :

Document Controller Vendor Master Data SAP
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible on directive documentation distribution and that appropriate documents is in place.
  • Support procurement to comply in directive requirement in procurement daily activities.
  • Responsible on procurement document distribution to appropriate party and to assist Head of Procurement & Office Management on proper filling and confidential matters.
  • Liaise with Finance and Accounting Department when required to ensure smooth purchase and payment process.
  • Support other procurement administration activity and proper filling for all POs including arrangement of procurement file placed at outside third party warehouse.
  • Responsible for the creation, verification, review, change and deletion SAP vendor master records.
  • Validate requests from Authorized Requestor for creating, changing, extending, blocking / unblocking or deleting SAP vendor master data.
  • Support external department requirements for information pertaining to vendor master data.
  • Monitor the vendor master file in order to identify obsolete vendors, duplicate accounts and incomplete or inconsistent vendor master data.
  • Assist Office Management when required on request basis.
Requirements :
  • University degree in Accounting & Finance.
  • Secretary graduate are welcome or Diploma III with around 2 years experience.
  • Honest, responsible, supportive and cooperative to all colleagues
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication.
  • Good English, negotiation skills and familiar with Excel, Power Point and MS Office.
Medical Scientific Liaison
Responsibilities :
  • The MSL shall act as a scientific expert between Bayer and the medical community through the dissemination and education of scientific data and material.
  • The MSL establishes long-term scientific / strategic relationships with key, influential physicians / scientists and with related major medical associations and academic centers of excellence.
Requirements :
  • Education: Medical Doctor (preferably)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • High motivated, fast learner and adaptable person
  • Familiar with Words, Excel, Powerpoint
  • English (spoken & written)
Sales Executive for Cropscience Plantation - Indonesia
Responsibilities :
  • Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales target in the assigned area, monitoring stock inventory and product availability, creating demand, and implementing field demos and promotion programs.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture (especially majoring in Plant Pest & Disease)
  • 3 years related experience in Cropscience - Plantation with proven track record in sales.
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Good computer proficiency.
  • Hard worker and able to work in team
  • Result-oriented, self-reliant with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be relocated within Indonesia
PPIC Officer Cimanggis Plant
Responsibilities :
  • Managing end to end PPIC operations / Demand Planner in Healthcare Industry.
  • Ensure that all processes and transactions are conducted in respect to the standard operating procedure and current Good Manufacturing Process (cGMP)
  • Responsible for stock accuracy and to ensure all transactions are executed timely and accurately in the SAP system with respect to Company Regulation and Compliance.
  • Ensure key performance indicator targets are achieved and leading the team for continuous improvement
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university with GPA more than 2.8.
  • At least two years experience as PPIC / Demand Planner in Healthcare or Food Industry.
  • Computer Literate and experience with SAP system or any major ERP system is a must.
  • Self Driven and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in English both written and verbal.
  • Male or Female 25 - 30 years old
General Affair Staff For Cimanggis Plant
Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the General Service Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for Select, Supervise and Monitor the third party service on site (Security, Cleaning Service, Company Driver, Canteen, Policlinic and Labor Supplier) as well as site general supplies (Uniform, Shoes, Stationary and Other General Supplies) to ensure service satisfy site demand and administration for HR Matter related to plant and third party service.
Responsibilities  :
  • Ensuring availability amenities in plant (uniform, safety shoes, canteen). Stationary and General Supplies for Canteen.
  • Complete HR data such as overtime (including all overtime allowances) for permanent staff and check report for casual staff.
  • Check billing from third party to ensure correct invoice and document.
  • Select and evaluate third party services; canteen; security, Cleaning Service.
  • Collect casual staff demand from each department and request to supplier.
  • Find saving / complexity reduction and third party services and general supplies.
  • Third party services satisfy site demand.
  • Saving / Complexity reduction on general site activities.
  • Supply and stock availability on general supplies (personal protective equipment, stationary, laundry, canteen, etc.).
  • Assess safety and security on site.
  • Establish innovation / improvement within general affair and purchasing to deliver saving / flexibility / complexity reduction.
Requirements :
  • University degree in Economic / Technical background.
  • Knowledge on purchasing activity and general affair.
  • Strong Leadership Skills.
  • Experience at least 3 years on supervisory level.
Equipment Technician
Responsibilities :
  • Maintain all machineries of production and packaging process
  • Lead a group of equipment maintenance in doing preventive maintenance, repair and improvement projects
  • Develop the existing maintenance program and skill of people
  • Support the projects and utilize the existing man power as much as possible
  • Find out the efficiency potential and implement the ideas in the working place
  • Work together with other sections and departments in order to achieve the common targets
Requirements :
  • S1 / D3 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Familiar with PLC, control system, automation and GMP requirements
  • Familiar with Preventive / Predictive Maintenance and Spare Parts Management
  • Strong leadership, smart-working and able to work in team
  • Problem solver and good analytic thinker
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Able to communicate in English (oral / written)
