Finance and Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting business system plan in cooperation between dealers and bank.
- In charge of cash discount or early paid.
- Create monthly report to superior.
- Male/Female
- Applicants must hold minimum a Bachelor degree from Accounting, min: GPA 3.00
- Having at least 1 -2 years working experiences
- Able to present and make report to superior in simple and accurate manner.
- Having excellent comprehension and analytical in accounting, tax & finance
- Proficient in using computer application (MS Office program, computerized accounting & internet) and good command of English
- Mature, detail & meticulous, self motivated, and independent
- Able to work individually as well as in a team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to analyze part consumption & life time for Mining truck
- Establish part consignment by dealer
- Part availability target control
- Responsible for part quality monitoring & control
- Responsible for part profit control
- Male, age max 32 years
- Min Diploma or Bachelor degree in mechanical/automotive engineer
- Good knowledge in basic training automotive
- Experience in Mining truck industry especially as Part Sales or Part Inventory Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to improve & study body application base from market demand & condition
- Responsible to follow up technical problem on market & improvement plan with related division
- Provide technical & operation data for each model
- Responsible for Site survey for Unit Sales
- Male, age maks 35 years
- Diploma /Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering
- Experience as application engineer and good knowledge in body & application of mining truck
- Good relation with body maker, vendor and supplier
- Able to handle technical problem
- Willing to travel for site survey
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle administration, such as budgeting and office supplies/procurements.
- Responsible to update company profile, document filling and internal/external correspondencies.
- Handling cashback and incentives for dealer.
- Female, age 21-30 years
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Management/Finance/Accounting
- Good administration Skill (Accuracy & speed)
- Good team work, fast learner, and target oriented
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support product administration activities.
- Controling budget of alocation, filling and documentation, and making correspondence.
- Prepare and make PO to supplier/vendor.
- Female and single, age max 25 years
- Minimum Diploma in management with GPA 3,00
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail oriented and good administration & calculating skill
- Cooperative, adaptable, good looking, communication skill and team work
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and controling price activity and price plan
- Responsible to monitor market price and competitor price
- Making Business Plan and responsible to conduct materials for production meeting and reports
- Handling bisness process related to production, ordering, modification & selling
- Male/Female age 22-30 years
- Bachelor Degree in Economy/ Accounting/ Statistic/ Finance
- Good knowledge in pricing, warehouse and logistic Management
- Good understanding in making business plan
- Good time management, target oriented and fast learner.
- Can Speak Japanese is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Create Training plan and make training module
- Deliver Training and make continues improvement for Training Programs
- Make evaluation and reporting regarding to routine Training Programs.
- Male, age 26 - 35 years
- Bachelor degree/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical engineering
- Experience in heavy vehicle/heavy equipment company/industry
- Good technical analyze, able to guide, and good explanatory
- Min experience 2 years in same field
- Good English communication
- Will be located in Balikpapan
