Retail Finance Advisor - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
  • Functional Leadership: Build and maintain connectivity and effective relationship with various Finance Operations to achieve smooth and transparent month end close and robustness of data flows. Build and maintain effective relationships within the Retail business organisation and other Finance function in the country and regional level.
  • Strategy and Planning: Leading the planning process in the market unit (Annual,Quarter and Monthly Estimate)
Business Appraisal
  • Ensure robustness and integrity of financial data provided by Finance Operation through management review
  • Conduct review of variance analysis in all lines of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet: Actual Versus Plan together with Finance Operation.
Governance
  • Comply with Group requirements,Business Manual of Authorization and control procedures
  • Provide full preparation,support/participation and share learning on audits (External and Internal)
  • Business Decision Support:
  • Continuous support to Management by delivering various robust financials scenarios and ensure alignment of all stakeholder
Requirements
  • Accounting / Finance degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience on financial analysis with medium to advance modelling skill in excel
  • 2 – 3 years audit experience
  • Familiar with MI governance process
  • Excellent presentation and communication role : ability to communicate analysis to senior leadership both in power point presentation and verbal communication
  • Excellent people skill: ability to engage and influence the team
Terminal Operation Support - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • To ensure compliance of terminal operations with legal requirements and Shell standards and guidelines in the dimensions of Finance, Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental, Operations, Customer
  • Instil performance culture in team and support Terminal Managare at execution of improvement projects
  • Ensure adherence of depot operations to Shell standards, i.e. ensure compliance at Shell depots / terminals with Terminal Operations Manual in co-operation with Global Operational Excellence Team
  • Responsible for the Operational expences / Capital expences process at the depots / terminals in co-operation with Engineering
  • Ensure SOX compliance at the depots / terminals; responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental thrid party audit program
  • Control quality incidents; being interface with Supply Quality Management
  • Supervise that all local and Global legal / fiscal requirements are met at the depots / terminals
  • Manage projects in co-operation with Operation Excellence / Engineering /other Class of Business,e.g. development of terminal network, new fuel launches.
  • Manage Joint Ventures, e.g. act as shareholder representative, implement JV guidelines
  • Operationalize contract/agreement with third Party terminals and other facility service provider
  • Relief to Terminal Managers
  • Delivering volume growth related project, e.g. Global Commercial consignment tender, fuel economy project, etc
  • Interface with other business partners
Requirements :
  • Degree as Industrial Engineer, Business Economist or similar profession
  • Strategic orientation
  • Well-organized, independent and proactive
  • Good communication, management and leadership skills required
  • Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situation is essential
  • Good leadership and team building skills
  • Good written and communication skills
HR Account Manager - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Business HR to ensure the delivery of the local HR plan and the global HR strategies at the local level.
  • Build capabilities to operationalise the HR processes,and support the business/function to ensure staff consultation is appropriately handled. Contribute positively to the state of Industrial Relations within the assigned staff population.
  • General HR support and advice to local leadership teams.
  • Application of Global HR processes and systems. This includes:
    • Information and communication on HR policy,ER information and delivering communications
    • Talent activities such as Current Estimated Potential ,Individual Development Performance,Competences,Leadership Development,Mentoring,Performance Management (Individual Performance Review),Succession Planning & Progressions.
    • Coordination and involvement in key activities and processes for the business such as Merit reviews and People Survey.
  • Support to the delivery of the HR Functional Plan.
  • Support the business / function through change journeys and help manage the organisational implications and employee impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree with 10 + years relevant HR experience.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Positive, can-do apporach and professional demeanor, ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation, sometimes involving difficult conversations
  • Attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Has understanding of upstream or plant exposures would be advantages.
