• Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
• Have a good health (physically and mentally)
• Have a high creativity, and integrity
• Independent and have a passion to work hard and never give up
• Proficiency in English both in oral and written
• Have excellent writing, communication, and computers (Windows, MS Office) skills
• Does not have a husband / wife who works as an employee or prospective employee of PT Len Industri (Persero) 
• Willing to sign a  statement letter, declared:
• Willing to pay a compensation fee if resigned after being accepted as a prospective employee.
• Willing to undergo probation, detention of education diploma and will not resign for 2 years in accordance with the provisions of the company.
• Willing is not pregnant during probation (specifically for female candidates).
• Willing to be placed throughout the project site of PT Len Industri (Persero).
