General Requirements :

• Gender and Education :
• Male / Female for majoring in Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering
• Status Not married and willing not get married during training periode
• Graduate and Age :
• Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D4) : Birth in 1987 and thereafter
• Diploma (D3) : Birth in 1989 and thereafter
• Education majoring :
• Bachelor (S1) / Diploma (D4) :
• Electrical Power Engineering / Power Engineering / Power;
• Mechanical Engineering;
• Industrial Engineering;
• Civil Engineering;
• Diploma (D3) :
• Electrical Power Engineering / Power Engineering / Power;
• Mechanical Engineering;
• Civil Engineering;
• Management (Department of Business Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Business Administration and Marketing Management)
• Minimum GPA :
• GPA > 2.75 (For majoring in  Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering)
• GPA > 3.00 (For majoring in  Management)
• Test Locations : Medan, Lampung, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Makassar

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Birth Certificate
• Copy of ID Card (KTP)
• Copy of Academic transcript (Legalized)
• Copy of Academic Certificate / Surat Keterangan Lulus (Legalized)
• Recent Photograph (3x4 Size, 2 sheet)
• For applicant who graduated from Program Lintas Jalur (Diploma 3 graduate continue to Bachelor) the legalized copy of Diploma 3 certificate and trascript should be attached.

Other :

• The candidates who pass the final test will be appointed as PT PLN (Persero) Employee at following grade:
• Diploma 3: Grade Basic 2
• Bachelor / Diploma 4: Grade Specific 4.
• No correspondence related to the recruitment process and decision Recruitment Team is inviolable.
• No fee charged to participate in the selection held by PT PLN (Persero).
• No refund for transport and accommodation costs associated with the recruitment process.

Selection Test :

• During the selection process, if there is a data inconsistency or the major discrepancy from the requirements above, the candidate will be disqualified.
• Selection test stages:
• Administration Screening.
• GAT.
• Academic and English Test.
• Psychological Test and Group Discussion.
• Medical Check Up.
• Interview.
• Diklat Prajabatan.
