Physical Logistic Domestic Admin (Code: PLD) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Support improvement opportunities in Physical Logistics administration function (IT System)
- Physical Logistic document control (Legal contract permits & licences, Standard Operational Procedures, SAP Contract)
- Perform control all expenses related to Physical Logistic
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): basic accounting background, good in detail and accuracy, result focus, service orientation, Proactive cooperation.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Able to use SAP, operate Ms. Excel and Access
Responsibilities:
- Review and select appropriate candidates to be evaluated by hiring manager, overseeing fairness and objectivity of the process and ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
- Run strategic recruitment meetings with line managers and their teams to diagnose the hiring need, shape up the right profile and agree on the recruitment process with Service Level Agreement.
- Conduct behavioral interviews following CBR methodology or similar and ensuring minimum competencies requirements are fulfilled by candidates to be evaluated by hiring managers based on interview outcome determine suitability of candidates for continued consideration.
- Determine which candidate in pipeline should be considered for a final evaluation and support hiring managers to evaluate and assess candidates to determine suitability for a given position. (it can be merged with other roles in Resourcing team, depending on market recruitment structure, team size, approach, etc.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): competency based interview interviewing, interviewing, proactive cooperation, service orientation, result focus.
- Required language(s): Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
